Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture through our authentication provider (Supabase). We use this to create and secure your account.
Uploaded models & order details
We receive the 3D files you upload and the specifications you choose in order to quote, produce, and deliver your parts. We treat these as confidential and use them only to fulfil your order. Order files are deleted 90 days after dispatch unless you ask us to archive them for reorders.
Delivery & contact details
To ship your order we collect the name, delivery address, and phone number you provide, and share them with our courier and logistics partners solely to deliver your parts.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Razorpay collects and processes your payment details directly under its own privacy policy — we do not store your card or bank details on our servers. We retain only your order and payment status.
Usage & device data
We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used, along with general device, browser, and approximate location information. This helps us improve the product.
How we use your information
- To provide quotes and produce and deliver your orders;
- To manage your account and process payments;
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues;
