These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Fabrilox at print.fabrilox.com and the ordering of 3D printing and manufacturing services (the “Service”), operated by Fabrilox (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Fabrilox lets you upload a 3D model, receive an instant quote, and order production-grade prints and related manufacturing, which we produce and deliver across India from our Gurgaon workshop and partner network.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your Google account through our authentication provider (Supabase). You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order.

3. Quotes & orders

An instant quote is an estimate generated from the model and options you provide. We may review a file before production and revise a quote if the model, material, or requirements differ from what was submitted.
An order is accepted only when we confirm it and payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a file is unprintable, infringes rights, or falls outside what we can safely produce.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your model, chosen specifications, and delivery details.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be exclusive of applicable taxes. A minimum order value of ₹199 applies to cover setup and handling.
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Razorpay handles your payment details directly under its own policies — we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

5. Manufacturing, tolerances & finish

FDM 3D printing and manufacturing have inherent characteristics: visible layer lines, dimensional tolerances, support marks, and minor variation in colour and finish. We produce to the geometry and specifications you provide and are not responsible for design flaws in your model. If a part is critical, order a sample or request a review first.

6. Your files, IP & confidentiality

You retain all rights to the files you upload and the parts we make for you. By placing an order you confirm you have the right to reproduce the part and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We treat your files as confidential, will sign an NDA on request, and delete order files 90 days after dispatch unless you ask us to archive them for reorders.

7. Cancellations, refunds & shipping

Because items are custom-manufactured to order, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to order or use the Service to produce:

Weapons, weapon components, or otherwise illegal, hazardous, or restricted items;
Items that infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
Anything intended for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that a printed part will be suitable for any specific application beyond the specifications agreed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabrilox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana for any disputes.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
