We produce your order at our Gurgaon workshop and deliver across India. This policy explains our delivery areas, timelines, and charges. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Where we deliver
We ship across Delhi NCR and all of India. In Delhi NCR we deliver via courier or our own riders; for the rest of India we ship through trusted courier partners.
Timelines
Delivery time is production time + transit time, and production depends on the size and complexity of your order. As a general guide:
- Standard — dispatched in about 3–5 business days;
- Express — dispatched in about 1–2 business days;
- Same-day — available in Gurgaon for small orders placed before 11:00 AM.
We will share the expected timeline for your specific order at confirmation, and a tracking reference once it ships.
Shipping charges
- Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,500.
- For orders below that, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout based on destination and weight.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking details. You can also reach us any time for an update on your order.
Delays
We work hard to meet our estimates, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier operations, weather, regional restrictions, or other events beyond our control. If your order is delayed, contact us and we will help track it down.
