Cancellation & Refund Policy

Parts ordered from Fabrilox are custom-manufactured to your specification, so this policy explains when an order can be cancelled and when a reprint or refund applies. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations

  • Before production starts — you can cancel for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
  • After production has started — because material and machine time have been committed, the order may not be cancellable, or only a partial refund may be possible. We will tell you the status when you ask.
  • Once shipped — an order in transit cannot be cancelled, but the reprint / refund terms below still apply to defective or incorrect parts.

Defective or incorrect prints

If a part is defective because of something on our end — for example bad layers, warping, the wrong material, or a part that does not match the specification you ordered — we will reprint it free or issue a refund. Please report the issue within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

What is not eligible

  • Issues caused by your model — geometry errors, wall thickness, tolerances, or a design that does not fit as intended (we print to the file provided);
  • Normal characteristics of FDM printing disclosed in our Terms — visible layer lines, support marks, and minor dimensional or colour variation;
  • Change of mind after a part has been manufactured to order.

If we spot a likely problem with your model during our quality check, we will reach out before printing so you are never charged for a surprise.

How to request a refund or reprint

Email hello@fabrilox.com with your order number and, for a defect, photos of the part. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
